I really enjoy the location, proximity to shopping and freeway. Good amenities , like many of the other new buildings in the area. However, I do find that the finishes in almost all of the other properties are much nicer. Management and maintenance are excellent. They have always been helpful, courteous and professional. My main issue is the many, many trashy and disrespectful residents. They are dirty, and leave trash everywhere. The more maintenance cleans, the dirtier these people leave things. I will eventually move solely due to the quality of the residents. Fairfield as a company needs to raise their standards.

its a great place to live, the building is beautiful and the facilitates are top notch and most important they take care of you, when ever i put in a service request its fixed the next day!!

The management is very good. The amenities are decent for the price. The utilities are cheap, an excellent experience overall.

I just recently moved in but so far its been ok. The neighbor above me walks like she is stomping but she only does it during the day so It doesnt bother me that much. I'm still not sure about the oven, I turned it on to bake and within two minutes the alarm went off. I had to open windows and doors to continue baking which would have been ok if it wasnt so cold outside. The fire alarms are way too sensitive.
